Shipping & Returns


We ship all orders in the USA for free with 2-day shipping. We also offer shipping to Canada for a shipping charge that will be added to your cart at checkout. We ship many rings the same day. The same-day shipping cutoff time is 2pm EST. Adding engraving to your ring does not slow down the shipping time, so feel free to personalize your ring with an engraved message even if you're in a rush to receive it. Please note that occasionally, due to high volume, we will ship orders the next business day. Custom orders like our 14k gold line will ship when they are finished (roughly 3-4 weeks, as noted on the product page). Rotunda Jewelers generally uses FedEx to ship orders, although we may occasionally use another carrier. If you would like expedited shipping it is available for an additional fee.

Returns, Exchanges, & Warranty

All rings require that a Return Authorization must be issued prior to returning or exchanging the item. Shipments received without authorization will be refused or returned at customer's expense. Returns or exchanges that are not accompanied by a return authorization form, late returns, and unauthorized returns will be returned at the customer's expense.

Returns.  You may return items for 30 days after the date of your order for a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee and our actual costs for shipping (typically less than $10 unless you chose an upgraded shipping option when you ordered). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. We will respond within one business day with instructions for how to complete the exchange.

Exchanges.  You may exchange items for 30 days after the date of your order. Any price difference between the rings will be credited or charged to you. A 15% restocking fee for the original ring may be applied in some cases. If you need to exchange an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within one business day with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Lifetime Warranty.  All of our rings are made to the highest standards using quality materials and expert craftsmanship. Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects. Any jewelry that fails to meet our standards of excellence will be replaced under our warranty. If your ring cracks or breaks from accidental damage, it will also be replaced under our warranty terms. To request warranty work, simply Contact Us. If your ring style is no longer being manufactured, a similar style may be substituted. 

Size Exchanges.  Our rings are covered by a lifetime size change warranty. Our rings cannot be resized like traditional rings, but if your finger size ever changes we will replace your ring with a new ring. If you are ever in need of a size change please Contact Us with your order number. We will respond quickly with instructions. Please note that any engraving will need to be redone at the customer's expense.

General Warranty Details.  Our rings are crafted from materials that cannot be resized or repaired. Rings sent for warranty work or size exchanges will almost always be completely replaced. Any engraving or custom work will have to be redone, at the customer's expense. Warranty does not cover normal wear, including scratches, as our rings are scratch resistant, not scratch proof. We are not responsible for any sentimental value of the original jewelry. Shipping fees for replacement rings are your responsibility. Please note that there is a $40 warranty fee for gold rings after 45 days. Any third party alterations to our rings, except for engraving, will void the warranty. 


Refunds are generally processed within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).

Thank you for shopping with us. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy. We collect statistical information on the products and pages you view. We analyze that information to enhance your shopping experience with us. When you place an order, we collect basic information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card information. We use this information to process and ship your order, and to contact you regarding your order and to answer any questions you may have. Your personal information is never sold to third parties or misused in any way.
